Got a classroom full of curious minds? AQWA's Education Manager is available to visit your class and interact with students in a FREE 1 hour session that is sure to excite, engage and nurture their interest in marine science!


This is a face-to-face opportunity with a REAL marine biologist, so students can ask questions, share their own observations about marine life and discuss ideas, as they marvel at the awesome underwater facts presented to them.

To be eligible for a free Marvel Moments incursion: 

  • Schools need to be within 50km of Perth CBD (approximately 1 hour drive) 
  • Be listed on the WA School List issued by the WA Education Department
  • We apologise that we cannot offer this experience to non-school groups or to regional areas at this time.

Marvel Moments Incursions will run on the following Thursdays in 2021, with both a morning and afternoon session available:

  • Term 1: 18/03 
  • Term 2: 06/05, 20/05, 03/06, 17/06, 31/06
  • Term 3: 29/07, 09/09, 23/09
  • Term 4: 21/10, 4/11, 18/11
