ENTREE

Fresh Scallops with wakame and wasabi mayonnaise. 

Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free Option: Tofu with wakame and sesame dressing


MAINS

Pork rack with pistachio crumb on a bed of rocket pear and parmesan salad, apple cider jus 

OR


Beef eye fillet with roast garlic mash, broccolini and truffle compound butter

Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free Option:

Pistachio crumbed mushroom on a bed of rocket, pear and vegan parmesan


DESSERT 

Strawberries and cream, strawberry mouse, chocolate sponge, macerated strawberries, vanilla ice-cream and strawberry sorbet
