DBCA Excursion Event - World Sea Turtle Day At AQWA

A special DBCA excursion event in celebration of World Sea Turtle Day, hosted by AQWA. 

Year 9 students interested in conservation & marine science careers are invited to join DBCA and AQWA staff to discover more about sea turtles.

This limited Excursion Event is offered at a discounted price of $5 per student - generously subsidised by DBCA’s North West Shelf Flatback Turtle Conservation Program.

This excursion includes:

- Turtle biology & threats to survival: tour and presentations

- Turtles as a resource: activity rotations

- Careers in marine science & conservation: network & Q&A with AQWA & DBCA scientists & aquarists

- Standard Entry to AQWA, access to all exhibits

FOC SUPERVISORY TERMS:

Supervising teachers/helpers are offered FREE entry at the following ratios:

1 free adult : 10 paying students.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Full payment can be made online at time of booking. No partial payments.

Full payment is required on the day via cash or card; alternatively please provide us with a purchase order number to raise an invoice PRIOR to visit.
